    To promote/animate/support new initiatives that want to create an ECCO and run the first renewable energy or energy-saving promotion, collective purchase, or business projects. The focus is on: we can do this and it is important that organized citizens contribute and play their role in the energy transition. See this as a step-by-step growth approach with fun and exciting challenges.
